Tebet Deploys 280 Personnel to Monitor Takbiran and Eid Celebrations

Tebet Sub-district in Central Jakarta deployed 280 joint personnel from Satpol PP, Transportation Agency (Dishub), Gulkarmat, TNI, Police and FKDM to be on guard on eve of Eid (takbir) and Eid celebrations.

We will place them in locations prone to crowd

Tebet Sub-district Head, Dyan Airlangga informed, they consisted of 40 Satpol PP personnel, 40 Gulkarmat personnel, 30 Dishub personnel, 80 police officers, 20 TNI officers, and 30 regional security officers.

"They are deployed to secure activities related to takbir and Eid celebrations in Tebet Sub-district," he asserted, Wednesday (5/12).

According to him, joint personnel were deployed at checkpoints and some of them patrol on the regions to ensure no residents hold takbir keliling (celebrating eve of Eid by walking around the area).

"We will place them in locations prone to crowd such as on Jalan Tebet Utara, Jalan Abd. Syafei and protocol roads in Tebet," he closed.
